Return Eligibility

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our solid bronze Redpandagoods. Unused, uninstalled products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be free of scratches, tool marks, or signs of installation.

Made‑to‑Order & Custom Items

Many Redpandagoods pieces are made to order with hand‑applied patinas. Custom configurations, special finishes and non‑stock items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team with your order number.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and issue return instructions.
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging with all components.
  4. Ship prepaid and insured using a trackable carrier.

Refunds

Upon inspection and approval, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non‑refundable. Restocking fees may apply to certain returns.

Shipping Damage & Claims

If your order arrives damaged, retain all packaging and contact us within 5 business days so we can assist with a carrier claim and replacement.

Warranty Service

Our Redpandagoods is built to last. If you experience an issue, please reach out—our team will evaluate and provide repair or replacement options in line with our warranty practices.
